Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Fitsmeo, operated by ORGANTIS TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, disrupting its operation or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, including the content and conduct rules in section 3.

3. User content and zero tolerance for abuse

Fitsmeo is built around content that people post themselves. You are responsible for every photo and tag you upload, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive users. You may not post content that is sexually explicit or shows nudity, depicts violence or self-harm, promotes hate or harasses another person, is spam or a scam, impersonates someone else, or is not a genuine outfit. You may not harass, threaten or abuse other people who use Fitsmeo.

Every fit can be reported from inside the app. Open the fit, tap the report control, choose a reason and confirm. The fit is hidden from you straight away and sent to us for review. We review reported content and act on it within 24 hours, which may mean removing the content, warning the person who posted it or removing their account entirely. Accounts that repeatedly break these rules are ejected and may not sign up again.

You can also block a person from inside the app using the same control. Blocking hides everything that person posts from you, immediately and permanently, and we do not tell them you did it.

4. Purchases and billing

Fitsmeo is free to use. Optional one-time in-app purchases are processed through the App Store. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple through your App Store account.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitsmeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
